After more than 32 years in the software testing industry of which the past 10 years has been devoted to delivering training in this field, I have chosen to branch out on my own and continue with delivering software testing / quality assurance training and early career advice.
My focus is primarily on training and mentoring those who wish to get started in this industry. This could be someone looking for a career change or those who have recently graduated from university who are looking at launching into a testing/QA career.
Additional services I am offering are voice-over work (in particular for Employee Training / E-Learning productions) and Graduate Program planning and revamping, both of which I have had over 9 years of experience with. I am also available as a general online or classroom course facilitator.

IT Certification training
As the training material I am creating receives accreditation, I will be adding the details of all available courses. I am anticipating a May 2023 release of the first of these.
Voice-over / audio narrating
I am experienced in creating quality audio files for use with E-Learning (LMS) productions. Early Career Planning & Advice
In a 1 hour session with you, I will review your current CV and ask you a set of questions relating to your goals and career aspirations (both short and medium term). The aim is to identify skill gaps and ways to upskill that will better position yourself for obtaining a job as a software tester / quality engineer and a more rapid career progression.
I can also provide a 30 minute follow-up session to schedule 2 – 3 months after the initial consultation. This service will be available from 1st May 2023.
Graduate Program planning & revamping
I have had 9 years of running a very successful graduate program. Perhaps your business is looking at starting a Graduate Program to recruit enthusiastic university graduates. I can provide you with guidance on how to get this up and running to ensure the success of the program. Maybe your business already has a Graduate Program that you feel has become a bit stale or is simply time to get in reviewed and regenerated. I can complete a detailed assessment and provide a recommendation on areas to improve. This service will be available from 1st May 2023.
